About

Hey everyone! If you’re reading this, you probably really love maths. Or maybe you’re not sure whether you love maths, but you want to find out more about it so you can see. Or maybe you’re only here because your teacher sent you.

Whoever you are and why-ever you’re here, welcome! Grab a pencil and some paper and get ready to be inspired by the amazing world of mathematics.

A bit about me: My name is Iona Webster. As a sixth-former taking the International Baccalaureate at school, I felt like my journey through the realms of mathematics had only just begun. And yet there was so much I was already discovering! My own exercise books are full of messy calculations and notes written once to be lost forever amongst the pages, but here I hoped to present you with the maths book of my imagination, filled with fascinating gems of information just begging to be shared.

Since leaving sixth form I have found myself at a wonderful university where I get to spends my days learning maths and following Jesus and my nights drowning in assignments and, again, following Jesus. I intend to post here as light relief from the Great Sea of Assignments and Study, so whatever’s written here is not exactly intended for outside use. As always, it has the potential to be as messy as my exercise books.
